Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the booked appointment.
Appointments that are not cancelled, or that are cancelled less than 48 hours before the booked appointment, will be charged at the full price.
If you fall ill suddenly and are unable to attend your appointment, no refund will be given, but we will find a new appointment for you.
